Quote Process
We aim to understand and meet your expectations in a friendly yet professional way throughout all of your time with us.
Design
Based on your specific needs, an assessment will be made when we meet on site or on our premises. We find that the design process works best if we first meet at our premises. This will allow you to understand the quality and versatility of the product and be sure you are committed to Prowell before our designer devotes time to your project.
It will be helpful to bring with you, the architects plans or your own sketch plan with picture ideas and appliances details, Gradually the designer will work with you to a final design, complete with 3 dimensional plan and costing. We are a small business, giving truly personal attention to each client. We focus our creative energy on those who have stepped over the Prowell's threshold.
Installation
Throughout the installation we will keep in touch with you to explain what is happening. We will liaise with other contractors working on your house to ensure a smooth fit. Before we leave, our team will make sure you are satisfied with the installation.
After sales service
Our service and interest in you does not stop after the installation. You will receive a one year Prowell guarantee with your kitchen - and a full after sales service should anything need adjustment.
Our Quote Process works in the following way
- Make an appointment to come and visit us, with your room dimensions and your wish-list for the project. We'll discuss your requirements and get an idea of the style, look and feel of what you would like to achieve and your budget
- One of our experienced designers will design according to your requirements and based on the information gathered in the first meeting.
- Once the designs and material has been finalized a detailed quotation will be sent to you. The quotation is valid for 30 days.
- Upon acceptance of the quotation Prowell Kitchens will require all drawings and Terms &smp; Conditions to be signed off and a deposit to be paid.
- At this stage an expected installation date would have been secured for you.
- Installation will take place.
- On completion of installation the designer or the designated installer will hand over to you.
